About me

Hello! I'm Zab. While my roots are in User Experience Design, my career has evolved into a role as a Senior Strategist & Product Leader. I believe that well-designed systems have the power to transform how people interact with technology and drive the business logic behind it.

Evolution:
Over the last decade, I transitioned from crafting interfaces to defining the strategic frameworks that make them viable. I realized that true impact happens upstream, so I expanded my focus from "how it looks" to "how it works at scale." Today, I thrive at the intersection of Agentic AI, Systemic Design, and Enterprise Governance, ensuring that innovation never comes at the cost of control.

Approach:
I bring strategic thinking and a user-centric lens to complex operational problems. I was named a Top Talent in the 2019 Adobe Design Achievement Awards for my visual craft, but today, I apply that same rigor to Intent Mapping and AI Strategy. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate abstract emerging technologies into concrete, safe, and scalable roadmaps.

Philosophy:
I enjoy challenging the status quo and exploring uncharted territories. Patterns and systems fascinate me. I have a natural inclination to deconstruct complex environments, whether it’s a mobile app or a multi-modal AI ecosystem, to understand the root cause and build a better solution.

Above all, my passion lies in making a the most positive impact I can in as many people I can. Recently that has looks like aligning human intent with autonomous capability, I aim to shape a digital future that empowers individuals and builds trust in the systems we create.
