Agentic AI & Experience Strategy Lead

Turning bold ideas into clear strategies that move businesses, teams, and people forward.

Call me Zab,

I work upstream: before the roadmap, before the sprint, before anyone writes code. Right now that means leading agentic AI experience strategy for Comcast's Xfinity ecosystem, shaping how AI helps customers and agents across our tools, technologies and every moment in between. I set the direction; teams across the organization build on it.

I don't define my work by titles. I work at whatever altitude the problem needs. My principle is simple: take two steps back to align with the business, then two steps closer to remove the friction that keeps teams from shipping.

That mindset started on the water. As a beach patrol supervisor on South Padre Island, I learned to read conditions before they became rescues. I still work that way: spotting patterns early, and building the systems and habits that keep teams out of trouble.

How I work at every altitude.

What teams count
on me for.

  1. Bridging design, business, and AI, and turning ambiguity into direction teams can act on.

  2. Asking the questions that simplify chaos and unlock alignment.

  3. Building the systems (frameworks, playbooks, standards) that let teams move faster without me in the room.

  4. Growing people: coaching designers and partners on how to think and work in the AI era.

Strategic
Framework

I step back to align the work with business goals and what customers actually need. Then I step in close to remove the friction that stops teams from shipping. This is how I move between the two:
