Small Business Insurance

As an Experience Designer I lead our team to transition the current Small business Insurance experience for small business insurance. Our team collaborated with Design Language System team, A11Y Accessibility consultants and Technology partners to establish a proper strategic plan to tackle the transition. The transition included the following activities:

  • Identified and enhanced user flows then generated information architecture diagrams.

  • Brainstormed and researched possible solutions to account for business requests

  • Improved end-to-end user experience in collaboration with development team & accessibility consultants.

  • Implemented new standards and procedures for the Design System Language.

  • 350+ screens were transitioned with 12 variations of the flow.

With the enhancements to the experience, I also provided support and strategy to produce marketing solutions to our business partners to promote small business insurance products in a wide array of events and mediums.
